  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off the Package

  Take your sealed package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
